Strange Fascination marks a turning point in the history of Chatham County Line.   With legendary studio drummer Yan Westerlund behind the drum kit, the newly minted three piece core of CCL; Dave, John and Greg rolled through 9 tracks that Dave had recently written and brought into the studio.  They even coaxed friend of the band Sharon Van Etten to add harmonies to the title track.  Perhaps Dave's favorite album to date, it finds his voice with new found maturity and a relaxed take on the world around.  Released April 24, 2020 on Yep Roc Records.
